We are a small design/build firm building in the Greater Rochester Area, surrounding counties, and the Fingerlakes region. We specialize in residential construction, remodeling, hardscaping, and landscaping.

 

Browse through the website to get an idea of what we offer. We keep 95% of the work in house, using our lead carpenters, field carpenters, and designers.

 

We are fully insured with Workers Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance. We follow all building codes, licensing, and file for all permits necessary.

As owner, Bill VanDuser, I pledge my 19 years experience and my staff of 3rd. and 4th. generation lead carpenters can create the home and yard of your dreams. I personally design, expedite, help build and supervise all the jobs.
