Design/Build Philosophy: It is much like it sounds, we both design and build the project.
Many companies do one or the other, but not both, leaving the client open for discrepancies.

By designing the project we can tailor the design to fit both your taste and your budget. This approach gives you the most for your money.

For example if a homeowner placed a budget for a deck at say $10,000, what could they get for that? They could get a very large deck made out of cheap materials, they could get a smaller deck made out of composite, they could get a deck with a step down patio, or a patio with a pergola over it. The point is finding out how to best invest the $10,000, and that is what we do.

Another good example is of two kitchens we designed within the same week a couple of years ago. Both were about the same square footage, 240 square feet.
Both had about the same linear footage of cabinets, 28 linear feet.

One was built for $9875, the other for $42,450. How can that be?

It was mainly the difference in materials, but there was also a greater degree of difficulty in labor. The point being, same space, same size, completely different design and quality of materials, determined by the homeowner and designed by us.

Initial design consultations are free of charge. We meet with you at your home and listen to your ideas for your upcoming project. After hearing what you would like, we will go over rough designs and attach potential budgets to them. This will give you a place to start. Once a rough design and budget are set, we will then work with you to formulate a final design and an exact investment. From there we will expedite, construct, and finalize the project for you.

 

We are open to all project styles and budgets, so don't be afraid to call. It's better than getting three estimates and having no clue if you're getting your money's worth.
